In exchange for participation in any physical activity organized by Briana Masson LLC and/or use of the services provided by Briana Masson LLC, I agree for myself and (if applicable) for the members of my family, to the following:
I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with physical activity and I assume full
responsibility for personal injury to myself and (if applicable) my family members, and further release and
discharge Briana Masson LLC for injury, loss or damage arising out of my or my family's use of classes and resources provided by Briana Masson LLC, whether caused by the fault of myself, my family, Briana Masson or other third parties.

I agree to indemnify and defend Briana Masson LLC against all claims, causes of action, damages,
judgments, costs or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my or my family's use of the services offered by Briana Masson LLC.

I agree that payment is due in full or by the agreed upon payment plan offered by Briana Masson LLC.

There are no refunds for any services provided by Briana Masson LLC. I understand that payment plans must be completed and paid in full or risk legal action for non-payments by Briana Masson LLC.

Any legal or equitable claim that may arise from participation in the above shall be resolved under
California law.

I agree and acknowledge that I am under no pressure to sign this Agreement and that I have been given a reasonable opportunity to review it before signing.

I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND UNDERSTAND IT. I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT BY
PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT/SERVICE HOLDS THE SAME WEIGHT AS SIGNING A RELEASE, AND I VOLUNTARILY SURRENDER CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS.
